The workshop will address experience and results from Nordic collaboration gained in recent research projects covering different stages of the value chain in mining. In a roundtable discussion, representatives of the mining industry will meet financiers to discuss the common funding possibilities for satisfying the Nordic learning and research needs. A special topic is also how to enhance education at different levels, especially the lifelong learning during professional carriers in the mineral sector. The target is to identify concrete ideas on learning and education for which funding from EIT RawMaterials can be applied.
