A panel in Guinea has recommended the state strip BSG Resources Ltd, headed by Israeli millionaire Benny Steinmetz, and Vale SA, of their jointly-held licence to exploit the northern blocks of the Simandou iron ore deposit on the grounds they were illegally acquired.
