Bumi agrees to sell Bumi Resources stake back to the Bakries

Indonesia-focused coal producer Bumi plc agreed to sell its 29.2% interest in affiliate, PT Bumi Resources Tbk to the Bakrie Group for US$501 million, as it looked to end its relationship with the influential Jakarta-based family.
